Candice & Matt - December 31, 2005

Whew! What a year. I booked 44 weddings for 2005 and Candice and Matt's wedding was the last one of the year and what better day to do it than on New Years Eve. Candice and Matt had a beautiful wedding at La Jolla Women's Club where they enjoyed many of their friends and family members. Congratulations Candice and Matt!

Jean & Allen - October 23, 2005

Jean and Allen are both Second Lieutenants in the United States Air Force. It was pretty cool, the wedding had a Sabor arch set up for the processional and recessional part of the wedding. It was held at Southcoast Winery in Temecula, CA on another beautiful day. The day turn out to be awesome day for Jean and Allen as they brought their love and life together as one. Congratulations Jean and Allen and I wish you the best!

Mara & Josh - October 22, 2005

Mara was probably my most excited bride I had in 05. She so was funny, during her pre-wedding preparations she would get this look of excitment on her face and make this funny little noise, almost like a mouse squeeking. After a little squeek, she'd be ok for a bit, until she couldnt hold it in anymore and she would squeek again. The funny thing is she probably doesnt remember this. Everyone had a great time. Boy, you should seen all the brothers that Josh had, he had more than the Jackson 5. Congrats Mara and Josh! Stay cool~

Becky & Jeff - October 15, 2005

You could not ask for a more beautiful day. Becky and Jeff's wedding ceremony was held on one of the bluffs at Sunset Cliffs in San Diego. A small quiant wedding and very nicely executed. Becky and Jeff to me are a great match. I can see it in their eyes, they love and care for each other with deep passion. They also have a little one too that stole the show. Congratulations Becky and Jeff and I wish you the best.

Susana & Mark - October 8, 2005

What can I say about Susana and Mark, besides that they are a very fun couple to be around. They came to me as a referral from a mutual friend, Susana and Mark interview me and the rest was in the photos. It was a beautiful October day, when the marriage took place at Saint James Church in La Jolla, CA. We had a blast the whole day. I wish you the best Susana and Mark. Start working on the kidlets, Mark has nothing to do! Ha!

Renee & Cory - October 2, 2005

This year, I was fortunate to photograph so many friendly brides and grooms - Renee and Cory were one of them. A very lovely and kind couple. Renee was a little nervous at first, but after I calmed her down, she enjoyed the rest of her wedding day. They got married at a church in Pacific Beach and had the reception at the very cool EL Cortez hotel. Congrats Renee and Cory!

Melissa & Mark - September 10, 2005

What a beautiful wedding! The ceremony was held at the beautiful San Diego Mission de Alcala. The Mission de Alcala was the first mission founded in San Diego in 1769, very old and very cool. Melissa and Mark are such a great couple, very friendly and kind. Melissa is a Landscape Architect and Mark is a Graphic Designer. I met with them last week to show them their wedding photos and they were just extremely happy. Congratulations Melissa and Mark and the best of luck to you.

Hi everyone,

I just signed up for this blog site. Looks pretty cool. My purpose of using this blog, is to keep you informed of the lastest weddings and photo shoots that I do. A bride will be able to log on and see photos and a slide show of her wedding and be able to share them with all her friends. Also, to keep you informed of new products that are in the works that will be available to purchase through Cary Pennington Photography. There are many other ideas I have, but those are the ones that come to mind first. Keep it cool and take care.
